For my Airtel connection with no. 9971017329, no bill sent to me in time, bill plan changed to higher without any intimation, GPRS charges charged double after 2 bills, wrong charges in SMS & payments not accounted for. Estimated bill already paid, still connection disconnected from 60 days. I have lost many of the job opportunities due to the same & I am without mobile for more than 60 days. No service/customer care responding..
