Uninformed charging for Missed call alert (MCA) service

For a call from Airtel postpaid executive to the number 9971001298, a service called Missed Call alert was automatically installed & the amount charged. We did not accept the offer of this service. This was automatically installed by Airtel against our wish.

Similar incident happened earlier also.
