Hi

This is Jaideep Nayak from India. I've been using Airtel postpaid connection for the last 3 months. They had barred my outgoing calls due to a slight delay in payment for the previous month. fair enough. On sundat the 8th of Feb at 9.45 AM I made tghe payment and got an acknowledgement in the form of an SMS. After thet I've called up theirCustomer care 6 times and every time there has been wrong information been given. My outgoin calls have not been activated even after nearly 24 hrs. I even talked to a manager once who soundede sleepy at best. This is just outrgeous to say the least. So much for being the biggest Telecom company in the country.
