For charging SMS on Special days even though I have 200 SMS free per month

I have a plan in which I can send 200 SMS free per month but I came to know recently that AIRTEL is charging for SMS on special days in Karnakata, when I took up this plan this clause was not mentioned to me. The way they are communicating this is also not proper.
