Dear sir,
I am using Airtel Postpaid since over a year, since 2 months, I am seeing miscellaneous charges (VAS etc) which I haven't used at all.
Hence I decided to withdraw my postpaid connection and migrate to prepaid after settling my outstanding bill amount
Customer care is absolutely not responding to my request and asking me to pay more than actual which later would be adjusted (did not mentioned in which form).
I have paid a deposit of 500/- which I have been promised to adjust in my monthly bill which has not happened, and when asked about this CC says there is no deposit on my name.
I am ready to settle the bill and migrate to Prepaid ASAP.
