POOR COMMITMENTS!

THIS IS REGARDING MY AIRTEL MOBILE CONNECTION 9876955559. I HAVE REPEATEDLY INFORMED AIRTEL REGARDING OVERBILLING AND ABOUT MY DISCOUNTS WHICH IS NOT ACCORDING TO THE PLAN. I AM NOT GETTING ANY DISCOUNTS MENTIONED IN THE PLAN. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM FACING PROBLEM WITH ANY POSTPAID CONNECTION WHERE THEY HAVE WRITTEN ALOT ABOUT THE PRODUCT BUT NOT GIVING A SINGLE PERCENT OF IT.

FIRST OF ALL LEMME TELL YOU MY PLAN: I AM HOLDING "Airtel National Calling Plan" WITH Rs.2499 IS A MONTHLY RENTAL, IN WHICH I SUPPOSED TO GET "Free minutes of (4000 Local 2000 STD 500 roaming (IC/OG)) and Free 5000 SMS (Local & National)." I HAVE COPIED THE EXACT CONTENT FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE.

NOW SEE WHAT I PAID:,

ON 04-April I PAID Rs. 1305,

ON 15 April I PAID 500.

AGAIN ON THE SAME DAY, 15 April I PAID MORE i.e. Rs. 400. BECAUSE THEY KEPT MY NUMBER'S SERVICE BARRED AND WHEN I TALKED TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE UNIT, THEY STARTED

COUNTING BUSINESS ETHICS, LIKE THEY THINK I AM A NEWBIE, AND WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR THE RESON, THEY SAID AS THEY DON'T KNOW ME, THEY CAN'T EXCEED MY CREDIT LIMITS. IF THEY DON'T KNOW ME THEN WHY HAVE THEY ISSUED ME THE NUMBER? WHERE ALL THOSE ENQUIRY WENT, WHICH THEY MADE BEFORE ISSUING NEW NUMBER TO ME?

ANYWAYS NOW, IN 11 DAYS I HAVE ALREADY PAID Rs:2100 still I am excluding the ACTIVATION FEE of Rs.500. Again today I got a SMS from Airtel Customer Care that "Your Total usage exceeds of Rs 1243 which exceeds you CREDIT LIMIT of Rs. 1200." and now again to Activate my services I need to PAY Rs 900 which means if I pay this amount then my Bill will reach to Rs.3000 in 20 Days. STILL 10 DAYS ARE

LEFT FOR A MONTH TO BE OVER AND I AM SURE MORE WILL COME.IS IT MY PLAN? OR IT WAS MY MISTAKE TO CHOOSE YOU AS A SERVICE PROVIDER? I WANT AN ANSWER FROM AIRTEL AM I ASKING FOR ANYTHING MORE? I AM ONLY ASKING WHY I AM NOT GETING DISCOUNTS? WHY SHOULD I PAY MORE THAN THE AMOUNT I HAVE BEEN ASIGNED. DON'T YOU THINK WHATEVER HAVE WRITTEN IS NOT TRUE FOR CUSTOMERS? AS PER MY VIEW THEY ARE MAKING FOOL WITH THIS. I AM VERY MUCH DISTURBED BY THIS.

I KNOW ONE THING, ALL BUSINESS INVOLVES RISK, BUT IF YOU ARE NOT BRAVE ENOUGH, YOU MIGHT LOOSE CLIENTS LIKE ME.

LASTLY AGAIN, PLEASE HELP ME, I WANT EITHER MAKE MY PLAN MORE AS PER WORDS OR TERMINATE MY NUMBER AND RETURN ALL MY MONEY BACK.
