I AM USING AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION. ONCE I CALLED TO 121 FOR CHANGE MY HELLO TUNE, WENT THRU IVR PRESS 9 FOR TALKING WITH AIR TEL CUST CARE EXECT. I COULDNT CONNECT WITH THEM, SONCE THAT DAY I COUDNT CONNECT THE CUST CARE.

ANOTHER COMPALINT FOR NETWORK, ITS SHIT NETWORKING FOR CONNRCTING, AS I AM PAYING THE BILLS PROPER WAY BUT EVERYDAY 10-20 CALLS GET DROPS... AND STILL I HAVE TO PAY THE BILL

WHAT THE SHEET IS THIS CREDIT LIMIT? UNTILL 19TH MAY, MY PHONE WAS WORKING FINE, IN MORNING I CHECKED THE OUTGOING IS BARRED, I TREID 121, NOT WORKING. I TOOK MY ROAMING PHONE CALLED TO 121 AND GAVE THE COMPLAINT. NO ONE IS BOTHER TO TAKE THE COMPLAINT. ITS HELL SERVICE I HAVE SEEEN?
