I have converted my airtel prepaid to postpaid. After fifteen days my connection get disconnected withput any pre-notice. I have called the customer care, but i have been just told that ur service will start again within few hours. Two days past but still my connection not activated.
What to do with this kind of service providers, as they dont know the importance of clients.
What is the use of writing complaints here? Can they hear us?
