I was using Airtel Prepaid which was registered against my Sister since last Two Years, Since she has moved to USA. I wanted to use same number against my name. I requested for the same. However they told me it cant be done, and i have to take postpaid for the same. I readily agreed. Since i could get corporate connection. I paid only SIM charges to one of Customer Care Executive - Poonam. She promised me, my Number will be activated in 4 days. Well it took more than 4 days and after it was started by them. I am getting message since last two days that my outgoing is barred. I dialed to 121, they told me my subscriber enrollment number is not updated and hence my outgoing is barred. Since i already had submitted all the requisites document, i didnt not what else i had to do. I dialed Poonam, and ask her for the details. She then told me call me in 10 min, and hanged up the call. Now after 48 hrs by phone is still not working as desired. and this Poonam is not at all picking up the phone. :(
