Barring outgoing calls without any details

This is with reference to the complaint number F560783690 with Airtel customer care.

I started my postpaid connection with Airtel in month of September after verification of all my details (my residence proof).

Suddenly on 25th of september i got a call from Airtel customer care executive to re submit my identity proof on the same day threatening that otherwise my services would be discountinued.

My Passport proof copy was submitted on 25th September itself;however by evening my outgoing calls had been barred.

After enquiring at the customer care, they told me that i am supposed to fill up the Subscriber enroll ment form at the Airtel centre.

I visited Airtel centre, Kalyan but they told me that the form need not be submitted and my services would be started again.

The services given by Airtel are really in a pathetic state.
