Dear Sir/s,

This is to bring to you notice that i have been facing problems with Airtel & it has been more than a month now. I have signed up Airtel postpaid service (delhi) i have taken 2 connections with them however they have stopped my primary account under the number 9717306036 in my name Siddharth Lohat. They have given me the reason that because my address was not verified correctly they have stopped my number. I was not even notified before cutting my number off. On top of that I work for HCL Tech. LTD Noida & i live in west delhi. Because of their silly mistake they have commited i lost Rs 675 because i didnt get picked up when my cab came to pick me. I had to hire a radio taxi to avoid unscheduled leave to save my wages. on top of that i have registered with them with another number which has not been activated yet. I was told that they will get in touch with me by 07/10/09 which didnt happen apparently. I am annoyed with the customer services as well. moreover i was told that they will go ahead & reverse the charges on the bill as well. however again i didnt hear anything from them now iam without the phone for nearly a month now & they are still not giving me any resolutions i have been promised on sevral occasions that they will gimme the resolution ASAP however they were not able to do it which seems unproffesional to me.

This is to inform you that I received a bill for Rs 438 - which is not what I asked for. Moreover according to that bill AIRTEL is threatening me to get the bill paid.

However as I have explained the situation earlier as well and the letter which was sent by you people says that you are going to take it to the solicitors.

Then let me tell you now I am fed up with the atrocious services that AIRTEL gave me moreover the way I have been treated is not at all acceptable.

Now since this case is going to be forwarded to Solicitors then let me see you in the court because the bill is not going to be paid any how.

However I am very very disappointed with Airtel. I knew that you will suggest to get my documents submitted.

However now I am not going to do so I would appreciate if you would get my number 9717306036 disconnected ASAP.

Please send the final bill to the billing address. Moreover make sure there will not any dues to pay against this number.

Because just because of Airtel s silly mistake iam loosing my business moreover I deal over the phone mostly.

So the border line is this case is going to be registered with Consumer Forum soon because it is not possible that if a customer has got two numbers at the same address you send an executive to get the address verified at 1 single property for both of the numbers the address doesn t get verified for one of the numbers this is not at all possible.

So Please get my number disconnected send me the documentation for it with ZERO balance to pay off.

Because I get paid on daily basis as per my calculation I lost approx. Rs 1900 for these four days.

Now Airtel owe me Rs 1900 as well because of

Hi There

This is to bring to you notice that i have got two numbers with you however one of the number is not working at all. The error MSG that m getting at the moment is SIM registration failed.

The number that iam referring to is 9717306036 under my name. Iam not happy about the service that iam getting with you.

I have paid all the due i understand that i have paid the bill late as well however that what i have paid the LPC for.

I spoke to sevral people in you customer service i was told that there is no restriction on the account as well. However i had a word with of your executives probably 4 days ago.

I was told that there was a restriction because of the DEBT on the account. Moreover you restricted my other number for customer services as well This is worst service i have ever got. Vodafone is much better provider than you i think i ll have reapply for their services.

However I rang your customer services 5 times now out of 4 times they were on updation mode. If this is the service iam getting then i ll have to rethink about switching providers.

Iam very very dissappointed with your customer services. Because of you i have lost my Bussiness with my UK clients. For 4 days.
