Hi,

i am wrting this mail after getting really frustated from airtel

Airtel call cetre gives me a call for the payment . i ask them to come & collect the peyment from my office. He came & collected the payment in cash and gave me the receipt on 30th September.

Its been one month they still not updated the payment . i have sent several mails with the receipt to airtel customer care. i call every second day at the call centre for the updation . they just give me reference no. but no solutions & half of the time there systmes are down & ask me to call after one hour.

they have barred my services twice without any notice due to this i have suffred a loss of Rs, 50000.

i dont understand if they have created customer care call centres to resolve the services then what this call centre is doing.

i really fustrated the kind of serices & resposes i got from airtel

i want solution & compensastion to be paid which i suffred during barred services
