I am a user of airtel for quite a few years. i had an issue of duplicate sim issue as i lost my no. on receiving my sim i was said that the no will be activated with a few hours. i waited for 56hrs yet no response.going back to the authorized dealer who issue the sim... they made me wait for 2hrs 30 mins not because they were busy working but they were busy with their personal stuff. finally i came to know that the entire issue was that they didn't forward my sim details. over that the people on desk state that the customer care people provide wrong information to customers of which they are not responsible. along with people over desk complain each other that they are sick of customers issue, couple of customers have come to there desk multiple times and have same issue..but their issues are not forwarded and they are repeatedly asked to fill up the same form again and again such an unprofessional environment carries
