My Airtel no. is 9892036652. I am residing at Kamote, Navi Mumbai and my office located at CBD Belapur. I am facing frequent call drops. I have registered the complaint many times to customer care and they will make some complaint status call after but there is no resolution. My complaint is still open. I am fed up with this and I am forced to use land line.
Is this happens due to a weak signal or lack sufficient network.
I am one of the oldest customer and please put this complaint in priority.
