CHEATING OVER BILLS

Dear sir,

This is in regard to my post paid connection of airtel that landed me with problems. i am a airtel user since last 3 years. initially they were very good at their service but now a days they are looting the customers. i receive my bill at my residential address while i m engagged in a marketing job away from my place so i used to pay the bills over the SMS that i got from airtel or many times even i had to call them to enquire about my bills but since last year NOV i noticed a hike in my bill for which when i went at my place in holidays i went through the bill and found that they are charging me a monthly rental of 499 as against that of mine 175. when i enquired about the same at the 121 they said that there are ADDITIONAL PACKS that are being activated on my account that too on my request. since then DEC i am requesting them to deactivate the optional packs but still i have the same problem repetedly. for first 4 months i.e. DEC - MAR i had to call everytime when my bill is generated and ask them to correct the mistake and they would just wave off few bugs. but now i m fed up of all this repeting nonsence and nonsence answers at the customer care like we do not have your requst for deactivation, we are sorry for innconvinence this wont happen again etc etc.

if You go through my previous history of bills and will get to know that there is never a delay of payments or any thing so, if still they do not care for a customer the customer has a choice.
