Simcard not activated and bill sent

Hello,

My phone no. (9000292976) has been activated on the wrong sim card. The 2 sim cards that I have been given are:

1. 89914 90404 01197 35313

2. 89914 90404 01198 92577

They are still lying inactive.

I have written innumerable mails to you and you have not responded in an appropriate manner. I have contact customer care but they are not willing to help. And your airtel representative at Microsoft Campus (Mr. Damodhar. Ph.: 98497 46618) is also not willing to respond or cooperate.

And now they have the audacity to send me a bill on the number that was never activated.
