I've ever experienced such a WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think this is the only service provider who will DISCONNECT THE NETWORK itself without any intimation. I called airtel post paid this morning and spoke with agents Prema, Vimal, Sathish, Shiva and Sudhakar. All of these except Sathish, placed me on hold forever and never came on the line back, two agents disconnected the line. I hope these agents know that i cant call from my mobile, i called from booth and everytime i have pay atleast 50 rupees for each call i make, becoz to reach a Cust service agent itself it takes a long time, i have to choose all the IVR options and reach them. They just repeat the same dialogue" Sorry for the inconveneince and frustration", but they really dont feel sorry. They always promise they would call me back in 2 hours, but they never call me. Last night they unbarred my network and im not able to make outgoing or incomming, this was done without any intimatation, if they say that they follow process, they need to call me and let me know that they are going to disconnect the line. USUALLY IF WE DONT PAY BILLS, THEY WOULD FIRST BLOCK OUTGOING, BUT ONLY IN AIRTEL THEY BAR THE NETWORK ITSELF, WHICH IS SO FRUSTRATING. Because of this i missed my company vehicle since they are not able to call me. I went atleast 2 hrs late to office which brought me lot of problems, i was not even able to call my manager to intimate the problem. This after calling your agents atleat 5 times one gentleman called Sathish told that he will activate my connection in 2 hours and he will also arrange a callback but he never did as usual. When the agents believe that they have attended our calls well and if they think that we are happy with the service, only then they would send a Sms to send our feed back, but i dont think they document all the calls we make. I prompted for a service request number and got it from the agent today, 736109292 and 736109801. Im going to Drop this connection and switch to a different one. This is to let you know that the only reason im dropping your connection is,

1. The worst customer service they provided

2. The flase promises which they made

3. Placing the customers on hold forever or disconnecting the line

4. Assuring that they will call back which they never do.

5. Not sending proper Bills.

I will surely let my collegues and friends know about the service you provided.
