Post Paid Bills not sent to Customer - 9789971745

To whom so ever may it concern,

I have not recd any of my Airtel Post Paid bills to either my mail ID or my Postal Address for the Past four months.

This is an ongoing complaint. Every month I keep on expecting the bill but there is nothing in my Inbox.

Then on the due date I get a call asking me to pay my Bill. When I Complain how can I do so without a copy of the bill they assure me it will not happen in future, and that they have registered a complaint and even give me a complaint number.

But it is of no use. The same procedure happens next month.

Can anybody resolve this issue. It is tiresome to call and ask for some service which they have to provide on their own.
