Address verification not done well in my case

I got converted my prepaid Sim card to post paid Sim card i give my address proof and my id proof but they dint verify my address after that they cut my phone line and permanently disable my number it is my lucky number in that product section people not response well in my case so i have to apply for consumer court this is my case air tel post paid people very worst
