Post Paid Complaint

I am not satified with the post paid services, I am

facing Billing problems for more than two to three

times, I have paid the bill on 25.04.2008 and I have

received SMS that payment made on 27.04.

Every Month I have contacting Airtel customercare

every month for the issue and I am getting the

complaint number but I am not getting the Fee Waived.

Bill payment details Bill No 59576 Bill dtd 25.04.2008

But I have received the message that Bill payment of

Rs 450 on 27/04 at 07.20 P.M REceipt numnber

1186209991.

on the Previous month I have made the payment on

24.03.2008 But I have received the message that Bill

payment of Rs 550 on 28/03 at 09.24 P.M Receipt

Numnber 994128207.

on the Previous month I have made the payment on

25.02.2008 at 07.00 P.M But I have received the

message that Bill payment of Rs 477 on 27/02 at

01.42 A.M REceipt numnber 792113004.

Pls find the complaint number

Pls take necessary Action for the same.
