Hi, sir / madam i have airtel postpaid connection (Mob No-9860688887 & 9960430000)

i have contact custmer care also airtel office for Deactivate extra charges services but no one can help me for same

and he said its deaactivate but its taking amount from my monthly bill

service e.g. (GPRS, Music on demand, Yahoomail.etc)

pls help
