Wrong billing & Change of Plan

My Aitel mobile connection no. 9845481423.

For the past two months I am under Rs.150 Plan. I am paying the bills for the months of February & March on the payment plan. Suddenly, for the months of April & May I have been billed under different Plan (Rs.499 Plan) without my concurrence. On an enquiry with Call Centre officials, I was told they have updated their old records and I was put under the Rs.499 Plan, which was unwarranted. They have not referred the Present Payment Plan while updating their records.

It is requested that the Bills for the months of April & May should be under Rs.150/- and send the bills to me for payment. I should not be penalised for no fault of mine and I have to be informed before changing any Payment Plan before hand. They cannot unilaterally change the Plan according to their wishes without my express consent.
