Airtel Post paid connection
Unnecessary billing amount

Sir/Mam,

Myself is Sheikh Abu ertaza, relationship No is 9740060238.I'm too much worried about my billing amount which I'm getting from AIRTEL. though I contacted customer care several times to bring it in their notice. They promised me to resolve the problem but didn't do anything rather they avoid the matter cleverly. I'm giving an instance last 11th Nov... i called at 121to know my unpaid billing amount (my bill generates 12 th of every month) then it was Rs 724.00 again I called the very next day to know my unpaid billing amount then it was Rs 944.00 and the same thing is happening past 5 months.

pls help me to solve my problem.
