Ref: Airtel post paid connection: 9900111940 (Bangalore). Customer account number: 105-101288787
The above said mobile connection has been disconnected for non payment of bill on 16 MAy afternoon.
As soon as i came to know that the connection has been disconnected for the above said reason, I made the payment in an airtel office (Airtime Enterprises, Koramangala, Bangalore. Amount paid. Rs. 8685.00 (eight thousand six eighty five).
I made the payment by around 07.00pm, with an oral commitment from a concerned officer in the office, that 'connection will be re-activated with in 04 hours'.
I am writing this e-mail at 07.00PM 17May 24 hours after making the payment.
Sad to say that the connection has not yet been re-activated.
M/s Airtel: If you have policy of dis-connecting the line for non payment, definitely as customer i have the right to ask for the connection after making the payment.
Now its 24 hours after making the payment, and constant follow ups with your call centre.
No results, no proper answer, no one to take the responsibility.
The number what i am using is corporate connection. I am not even able to contact your contact centre from this number.
Really fedup with this type of service from airtel.
Any how decided, this will be the last month of using an airtel connection in my life.
I will do my best to convince my corporate manager, all my friends and relatives, to change their mobile service provider from airtel.
And will be a good brand ambassador of all your competitors in future.
Hope you all took your precious time read my concerns.
