I have applied for new post paid connection from AirTel. Sales representative informed about the documentation process to be complied with and it was ensured. During this process i had selected a number to be activated. Without my consent a different number got activated. After informing about this to the sales representative, it was informed to me that there is a problem with the initial number, hence he activated different number. As i did not like the number activated, informed him to give some more options and change it to a different number which he did. Subsequent to that the new number stopped working (sim registration failed). After my repeated attempts to the sales representative to know the reason for not activating number, he is not attending the calls and my calls are going un answered. The attitude of the sales representative is very disappointing and the serivce offered is not upto the standard which AirTel claims. My connection is pending activation since from 12 days.
