Airtel charging for unwanted services and not ready to close it

Rakesh here, I have 3 airtel connections and for last 3 months, I have been receiving daily SMS from Airtel Masti package for which I have not signed up, airtel have been charging me on weekly basis for this unwanted service.

I have raised 10 complaints with Airtel customer executives for shutting of the unwanted service and to waive of the extra charged amount, all the Airtel executives said that the service would be closed in 24 hours, however I have been receiving SMS till date with extra charges piling up every week.

The customer care executive is ready to close the Airtel number but for some reason they are not ready to shut the unwanted service.

This is very ridiculous and frustrating, I have wasted lot of time speaking to the customer executive and I guess the only thing possible is closing the number.

If any one can please help me, I hate changing numbers
