Egarding changing of handset within warranty period

Egarding changing of handset (FWP) which is within the warranty period, because some problems are occuring in fwp handset, we had already complaint in airtel head office but the higher authorities of airtel are replying that company has closed

fwp handsets (model no: FGD 8900) which is under postpaid connection. They are saying to buy new connection. we had registered many complaints about changing of handset through customer care which has not been resolved till yet.
