Without my permission Airtel changed my postpaid monthly rental plans from 249 to 599.
I always enquire my total bill amount by sending SMS to Bill enquiry. And pay the bill amount accordingly.
I suspected some mishap when suddenly my bill amount increased to very high amount.
I came to know about Monthly rental plan change recently when I SMS about my current bill plan.
I had a talk with Airtel Customer Care people and they said my plan got changed on 13 December.
They said I had sent a mail to change my Montly rental plan, but I haven't sent any mail to them.
