Lethargic and not provided the service even after requesting several times

Hi,

In my online mobile postpaid bill from the airtel service providers my name they have sent is some stupid mixture of names.

Due to this i am not able to submit that online postpaid bill to my company for exempting from the tax redemption for the past two months.

I called them two months before and explained they said they will look this soon but till date i have not got any correction in my name.

I called last week to the airtel person and told him this is what my problem was and the reference no is: 905435709 and that person told me it would be resolved soon. But no use.

Again called them and this time the customer care executive Ram took it and he consoled by showing empathy and escalated to Jagan his supervisor who in turn asked to cooperate with them for the next 24 hours and he will definitely see this and gave me a Reference no : 905637506 but after 4 days still it has not solved.

I am highly frustrated and called to the airtel care again and this time Mumtaj the lady who dont even had the courtesy or empathy and her tone was like if you want tell me the issue otherswise i wont transfer this call to the supervisor. such a stupid lady working in airtel who doesn't know how to handle the situation and rude.

Now i am planning to file a case in FTC (Federation Trade Commission) as well TRAI. Can anyone has any previous experience in this?
