Not geting printed bill on time and poor customer service

Hello i am not getting my printed bills on time for last two months.and also since six months bills are to be adjust by some outlets due to wrong charges. your outlet at gangapur road (regional office) nasik is so careless, luzy, ... that i just ask a officer releted to my task.the security not even allow me to enter and give baseless answers and not written my name in visitors book. i hope you provide better service in terms of carecenters.
