No response on complaints filed from Customer Service

My airtel post paid connection in bangalore, all of a sudden stopped working since 29/03 morning, and has still not been fixed even today that is 01/04. I have made repeated calls to airtel customer service, talked with their service representatives, their managers, and everytime they say the same thing, "We ar sorry for the inconvinience, our concerned department is working on the same". Initially they promised that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours, and they also promised to provide regular updates to me, but nothing has happened from their side.

I have even mentioned them, that how many of my important calls are not happening because of this, but even that did not help.

Please suggest the course of action i should take against Airtel, as i have had enough mental harrassment.
