Airtel Service getting worst day by day

Hi,

The customer service getting worst day by day. There is no relation between customer service, Airtel and its dealers. They need more than 3 days to update each of them and till that time its only consumer who is the sufferer because of the improper co-ordination between Airtel's own network.

I faced it thrice and going to close my relation with airtel.
