I have been using airtel postpaid connection since two yrs in pune (maharatra circle), Recently I shifted to Gurgaon and I was told by the customer care that I have to close my account in pune. I did the same, they charged me more than I was suppose to pay. I had to pay as I had no sytem to check the same till I receive the bill After some day I received a call from mumbai office stating that I have ben charged more than Iam suppose to pay and at the same time CSE told me that I can keep the (9766317380) number till I relocate to Gurgaon and then i WILL BE GIVEN A NEW SIM IN Gurgaon. I agreed for the same as there was no other way to get my extra money which I paid. An executive came to me in Gurgaon he collected all the documents and handed over me the sim and promised me that my new number will start within 3 working days to the most. But, That never happened. I had called there customer service help line for n number of times but, They were not able to give any information on the same. I have written to nodal officer (priyanka) for the same.but instead of helping me out she had given me the mail -id of mumbai circle 's nodal officer. I realy doubt the credibility of this female who is asking to write here and there instead of helping me. Now, I fear that My document can be misused.kindly help me in this case.
