Number not working on International Roamin

Hi Airtel,

I m using 919810139586 number in tajura which is situated in South Africa, My number is not working here due to low balance but i m not sure, while i told in india to rehcarge my a/c but its not recharging due number has been used at international roaming so can you suggest me how can i recharge my a/c while using international roaming and can you tell wats the reason why my number is not working at IR??
