One they bombard the customer with irrelevant push messages. Once I accidentally clicked the link on the push message i was redirected to airtel site. and then i got this message "Your account has been deducted Rs 30 for java game subscription package".
In first place i never wanted any subsciption, and did'nt place any request for the same. Also they never asked me before deducting the amount and told me only after deducting the amount.
This is ridiculous, harrasment of customer. The customer care guys say that they can't refund the subscription amount.
I have been a prepaid airtel customer for last 7 years they do this to me and worst of all nobody is there to hear.
Guys never subscribe to airtel. they coin the customer.
I am planning to move consumer court, airtel guys if you are seeing this.
