Cheating the public

Sir/madam,

I really ashamed to say that airtel has doing such a shit service to the public. I never subscribed for hello tunes, but the last 2 months i have been noticing reduction of 30 rs. per month from my prepaid amount. Please take action against these people. I request public not to go for this shit service - airtel.
