Unable to Top-up Mobiles for others

Hello there,

My name is Farooq Tajani & my Number is 9970417811. I have already registered for Mcheck Service & I m able to make Top-up my own number. But, I m unable to make Top-up for other Family members. Whenever, I m trying to do so, I m getting a reply, " Please contact Customer Care Support". I had also callled one of ur Customer Care Executive, he asked me to visited to a Airtel Ralantionship Centre. I went there & discussed the same problem, but they give me thissite address to help me out.

Now, I request u to kindly me out with the same problem.
