Illegal charging

I have been charged several times for downloading games, ringtones, screensavers etc which i never download nor i opened the airtellive page from where all these stuffs are downloaded.

i just use mobile internet on operamini to check my mails and orkut.

i made calls to customer care but instead of solving the problem

they forced me to accept that i have downloaded the same and in very rude manner said do whatever you want, we hav records...

can i get justice
