Cheating in regards to validity

Hi, My name is Gurpreet and i am an airtel prepaid customer for the last 1.6 years..I feel cheated as airtel promised a lifetime validity on 502 Easy recharge with a talktime of 446 rupees. and it was promised that the validity will be updated in three days when i recharged my account on 17/04..I called up care after 3 days, and i was told that the process will take about a week but was never updated. i called customer care several times and they said there was no such offer ever. strangely if you still call on 121 and select 1 for language and then 2 for offers, you still are geting the same offer in their ivr..tried talking to the managers in care but they hung up while i'm told to wait. It has been a very bitter experience with Airtel and i'm planning to change my service provider.but I don't want more people to suffer the same fate, PLEASE HELP...
