Dear sir,
My money is reducing from my credit while i am calling myuncle in middle east. Without attending the call from the receiver side my money is going, i were called 2 to3 times to the custmoer supprt they are telling they cant do anything on this, this was a netwrok problem, but why i have to spent more money because of there network problem, may i know how can i get my money back and avoid the sme issue in the future.
