I had bought airtel prepaid card but only after few days, my outgoing and sms services were barred, without any notification till date.customer care 121 services told that few more documents had to be submitted.i nowhad submitted all those documents, still to no avail.its been 6 days since i first launched my complaints to customer care services, now even my calls to cce has been barred.i think they should have asked for all relevant certificates before providing sim card and atlest before call barring they should have notified, giving some time to submit remaining documents that were never asked while purchasing card.
