Money taken without activation of top-up

I had recharged my account with 26 rs to get 450 free sms, and the recharge was sucessful for which i paid the amount, but it came to my notice that the my sms were never free, i called the helpline of airtel but they said you cannot logde the complaint as the mistake is done from ur side, as the no. i got was free wid the cellphone, but i belive that the process followed by airtel was totally wrong, if the sms benefit was not made for me than why the rechrge was done and where those money had gone???they said ur money cannot be refunded too.
