Sir, i have visited numbers of time to your customer care centre sector 35 chandigarh to get convert my prepaid connection to postpaid connection. repeatedly, i have been informed that new sim is not available. my prepaid mobile phone no. is 9876076054. it is also added here that i am previously using this number as postpaid in my wife name iqbal kaur... pl. help
