Further to my previous complaint made on july 31, 09.
i just reinserted my sim and found that more money disappeared.
disgusted i rang up customer care and a vaishali answered the phone.explained everything in detail and told her about the email as well.
she said some alert like cricket or news, etc is on which she will disconnect and return rs.20 to me.
i told her i had not subscribed to anything so how is my money being cut.she said it is showing here.i told her i got a call from airtel for some free download which i refused and that day onwards money started reducing.
i told her how can you reimburse only rs.20 when more than rs 100 has been cut.she disconnected the phone. LOL
people beware as money is being cut for value added services not subscribed for.
she asked me to reinsert the sim and she reimbursed only rs.20, since i was already in a deficit of rs15.89 i have only rs.4.11 left as balance.
