Balance transfer to prepaid

I had a credit balance of Rs. 301 in postpaid tele no 9967554602.

I got it converted to PREPAID on 17.06.2009. Transaction no. 517576134.

I was told that this will be credited to my prepaid in10-15 days,

BUT NOT DONE TILL DATE. PL HELP
