Problem in an AIRTEL prepaid lifetime sim

I have an airtel sim which no. is 9939018203 which is in use since 06. iwas recharged it with 999 for lifetime validity .its validity is upto 2024.but from 5-8 my sim is not working for incoming or outgoing.

please consider my problem and make it continue.
