Fraud against tariff plan

I have activated a value pack of RS 65 according to which I am entitled to make STD @75paise/min for one year but still they are charging my STD calls @1.50paise/min.

Why?

Airtel is one of the worst company in making promises.

Mr. sunil mittal are u hearing better shut ur business or get seriously invoved in the mismanagement that ur people are doing in this company.
