Unnecesary deduction of my phone balance

My airtel mobile no is 9997962457 the company has activated any subscription on my number and deducting an amount of Rs 20 every weak after my repeated complaints to the coustomer care they are not deactivating the subscription neither refunding the amount which they have deducted.

This whole proceess is going from past one month. I am tired of moving every 2 days in the coustomer care center but they are not responding to it.
