Deactivation of prepaid connection

I had procured the above prepaid connection no 9007473729 on 6th January from M/s Prafulla Stores, 16/2, Raja Manindra Road, Kolkata-700 037 on payment of Rs 199/- for which a wristwatch inscribed with the signature of Mr. Shahrukh Khan was gifted to me. The connection was with 1 year validity.

The sim was also activated in due course and I had also recharged the same.

Since I was away for sometime, I did not use the connection for sometime and on 27th August when I tried to use the connection, a message was received stating that "SIM registration failed". I immediately contacted the Customer Care Executive and to my utter surprise I was informed by the Executive that the said number is not a valid one and that the system does not have any information about the said connection.

I still remember that address verification was duly made by the their representative and I had been using the connection satisfactorily.

A mail was also sent in this respect to the cocerned Nodal Officer alongwith a copy of the application form submitted for the said connection.

The connection is yet to be restored.
