Hi,

I have an Airtel Prepaid SIM with me. Airtel has activated a disgusting service without me asking for it or dialing any number. Now when I try to deactivate it< I get the message that no service is active for my number. Then why the hell is Airtel charging me each day? Each morning my account is debited.

I tried contacting customer care and the disgusting customer care service that Airtel has, it just doesn't get through. I tried both 121 and 9890098900 and I'm not able to get through. when I type option 9 to speak to a Customer care representative, I get the message "Type AIRTEL and SMS to 121 for your balance and validity query" and the line is disconnected. This has been happening for more than a week now. What am I supposed to do?

I'm totally disgusted with Airtel's service and the way they are cheating their users.
